YESTERDAY
Me: "Hello Support."
Customer: "I can not connect to the internet, are connected to the network but just do not surf."
Me: "The network adapter is set to automatic IP? The proxy server is disabled?"
Customer: "Oops"
TODAY
Me: "Hi, I have reported having a problem connecting to our network"
Customer: "You are connected to the network Guest but I'm not surfing the Internet."
Me: "The network adapter is set to automatic IP? The proxy server is disabled?"
Customer: "Oops"
changing jobs but some things never change.
